Stay-Focused conducts tenth Due to the large number of first-time divers in 2006, we needed to run two Reunion trips in 2007. Our first Reunion trip brought together a dynamic group of four divers. The Stay-Focused Experience
Among the highlights of the trip was seeing two nurse sharks on one of our dives! |
DIVER We revisited the acronym DIVER during one of our workshop discussions and adjusted it slightly. The five words chosen to capture the Stay-Focused experience for this group are:
The group chose the word independent to replace importance and vitality instead of values. Other words used to describe their experience … spontaneous, tenacious, always laughing … you guys rock! Friends forever, outgoing, crazy, underwater dancing, smiling faces, extraordinary experiences, diving! Ambassadors of the Environment For the first time, this group of Stay-Focused divers was fortunate to participate in the Ambassadors of the Environment program at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Thanks to generous support provided by Denise Naguib, our group enjoyed a workshop on marine life hosted by Mike Naugle. As described by Brian Siemann, “the workshop was fun, exciting and entertaining. Mike really knew what he was talking about which helped make the program interesting. I also like the fact we got to go diving again after the program and I was able to identify some of the sea life Mike had showed us.” |
