Stay-Focused conducts seventh program!

From June 23rd - June 28th, Stay-Focused conducted its seventh program, bringing all six divers from 2005 together as a group for the first time. Our "Class of 2005" Reunion trip was a lot of fun and everyone's diving skills were superb!

The Stay-Focused Experience

The six, Stay-Focused alumni who participated in the program are: Mary Christine (MC) Beck, along with sister Katelynne Beck, Ryan Chalmers, Deanna Free, John (JC) Marcil, Lauren Roseman, and Kelsey Yost.

Leading the Program

Joining the group were: Founder/President, Roger Muller, Medical Advisor, Dr. JenFu Cheng, Program Manager / Dive Instructor, Richard Smart, and Dive Instructors Marty Banks and Tony Chisholm. We were also very lucky to have Ryan Ansin, an experienced film maker, along to film the June trip. Thanks as well to Veronica (V) Barila for helping out in many ways. And, special thanks to Allison White, who made a special trip to Cayman to talk to the group about marine life and fish behavior.

Sunrise Adult Training Center

The June trip marked the beginning of our partnership with the Sunrise Adult Training Centre in Grand Cayman, which provides support and training for young adults with disabilities. Our Stay-Focused divers looked on as we put Randolph Ebanks and Krishna Raju through a Discover SCUBA experience. Many thanks to Mary Fortney and Jason Banez from Sunrise for their assistance in providing Randolph and Krishna this opportunity. Both Randolph and Krishna rock!
