The vision for Stay-Focused has evolved over the past few years in the mind of Founder and President, Roger Muller. Roger has worked in both academia and the business world, and has long had an interest in creating an organization that would provide young adults a unique learning experience.

Early in 2000, having heard a number of professional athletes talk about the need to stay focused to achieve success in their respective fields, Roger identified the organization's name, linking it with the organization's essential message, a message of value to all teens throughout their lives.
